- Rainbow Lifts Web Dashboard – Admin management portal

- GPS location for attendance check-in/check-out (Rainbow Attendance, Rainbow Service)

- Background location access for active service visits and attendance sessions only
Camera & Photos:
- Photos captured during service visits for documentation

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

- Service Providers: Firebase (Google) for push notifications and analytics
- Within Organization: Between our apps as needed for service coordination (e.g., customer data shared with service engineers for scheduled visits)

6. Location Data Usage
Our apps collect location data as follows:
- Rainbow Service & Rainbow Attendance: Collect foreground and background location during active check-in sessions to verify service visit locations and attendance. Background location access stops when the user checks out.
- Rainbow Sales: Uses location for mapping client locations and route planning. Location is accessed only when the app is in use.
- Rainbow Customer: Does not collect location data.
7. Camera & Storage Permissions
Camera access is used exclusively for:
- Capturing photos during service inspections and checklists
- Uploading profile photographs
- Documenting lift conditions for service records
Photos are uploaded to our servers for record-keeping and are not shared with third parties.
8. Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications about:
- Service visit assignments and updates
- Support ticket responses
- Attendance reminders
- Important system announcements
You can disable push notifications through your device settings at any time.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Service records and maintenance history are retained as required for regulatory compliance and business operations. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
